January 7th, 2008You shake hands. We smell butts.
Living in a dog’s world is not that much different from a humans. We all need our food, daily walks, health insurance, regular check ups, and even sweaters when it’s cold outside.
The only thing that differs is the fact that we say hello by sniffing each other’s butts instead of shaking hands. I know it’s funny but it’s just the way we do it. Come on…you don’t know how much germs are on the other person’s hand when you shake them.
At least this way we are only sniffing, not touching. See…it’s slightly better when you think about it…unless…the other dog decides to let one go. Thankfully that hasn’t happened yet. woof!

Hello! I'm Ginger. I am currently 10 years old. I'm half chihuahua and half pomeranian. I love chewing on soft bones and playing with my squeaky toys.
