January 23rd, 2008V-Day for Doggies!

Now, if only I had a dog who was a stud then maybe I’d be happy this Valentine’s Day.

Unfortunately, the male dog that I became acquainted with for quite some time, has passed away not too long ago. His name was Joey and he was such a playful dog.

I would of liked to get him a nice Rolex Daytona for this special Valentine’s Day. I’m sure they have some sort of doggy rolex somewhere.

I think us dogs really need more things in the jewelry and accessories department. It seems to be lacking everytime I check out a pet store.

January 21st, 2008Need more dog fasion!!

There are some things I’d love to experience in my life. But sadly, I’m not sure if that is possible…after all, life as a dog isn’t exactly like a humans.

There isn’t any high heels, golf shoes, of even stylish sandals that dogs can use. Half the time, the only shoes we have are felt-like boots for the winter that you can buy at Wal-Mart.

I think there should be more clothes and more shoes for dogs. We too don’t want to get our paws dirty all the time!!

January 14th, 2008Allergies

Sometimes people who own pets and suffer from some pet allergies tend to just need good air purifiers to help their problem.

How do I know? Because that’s exactly what my human owner did. Tina was allergic to animals ever since she was a kid. But once she set her eyes on me, she didn’t care about the allergies. She fought them until her allergies to dogs became immune.

And I’m so thankful for that because I’m in such a loving home with wonderful people.

January 9th, 2008I was sleeping!! woof!

Yes…this latest picture that you see off to the side is of me. At the time it was taken, my owner decided to wake me up from the best dream I was having. She called my name which lead me to lift my head up to see what she wanted and then SNAP! She took the photo.

The worst part is that I can’t even remember what my dream was about!! But I have a sense it was a really good one where I’m chasing a cat or something because my owner mentioned that I was barking and my legs were moving when I was sleeping. So it was probably that. Haha…I probably caught the cat too. *smirks*

Living in a dog’s world is not that much different from a humans. We all need our food, daily walks, health insurance, regular check ups, and even sweaters when it’s cold outside.

The only thing that differs is the fact that we say hello by sniffing each other’s butts instead of shaking hands. I know it’s funny but it’s just the way we do it. Come on…you don’t know how much germs are on the other person’s hand when you shake them.

At least this way we are only sniffing, not touching. See…it’s slightly better when you think about it…unless…the other dog decides to let one go. Thankfully that hasn’t happened yet. woof!
